GUST is an options market for the Solana tokens you already hold. Sellers lock a bag, set a strike and an expiry, and get paid a premium in SOL at the fill. Buyers pay that premium once for the right to take the bag at the strike before expiry. 30% of service fees go to staked $GUST, and another 20% buys $GUST on the open market every day.
