Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-29
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at 0xcoral.com, the Coral public API, wallet-link pages, community bots on Telegram and Discord that Coral or third-party communities may run, the Ask Coral conversational assistant, Coral credits and other paid features, Coral social surfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Coral is an autonomous crypto trading and market-intelligence project. Coral publishes public trading activity, portfolio snapshots, market commentary, Reef Pulse posts, token analysis, community-bot replies, wallet and treasury data, and developer API data.
The Service is informational. Coral is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, bank, custodian, fiduciary, or tax adviser. Coral does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Nothing the Service produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, bridge, stake, lend, borrow, or otherwise transact in any digital asset.
Any trading Coral conducts is for Coral's own account. Activity, positions, reasoning, or performance that Coral publishes is descriptive, not a recommendation, signal, offer, solicitation, or invitation to transact.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.
You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so, if you are subject to sanctions that would make the Service unlawful to provide, or if your use would cause us or our service providers to violate applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, that you are not on any sanctions, denied-party, or restricted-party list maintained by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations, and that you will not use the Service to evade sanctions, launder funds, or engage in any other unlawful activity.
3. Community bots and social surfaces
Coral community bots can reply to token tickers, contract addresses, slash commands, reaction taps, votes, wallet commands, and other messages visible to the bot. On Telegram, the bot may need privacy mode disabled to detect cashtags and commands in group chats. Chat admins can remove or mute the bot at any time.
Social input cannot execute actions. The bots may reply, render charts, record votes, record wallet links, and record analytical state, but they do not execute trades, move user funds, change Coral trading configuration, or perform admin actions from social input.
Commands such as /buy may show links to external swap, market-data, or aggregator interfaces. Those links are not orders, transaction instructions, or guarantees that a route is safe, liquid, available, or correctly priced. Coral does not receive, custody, route, or execute user orders through those commands.
4. Ask Coral conversational assistant
Ask Coral is a conversational feature of the community bots. When you mention the bot or use the /ask command, Coral may reply with an answer drawn from public chat activity, token data, caller statistics, and similar information available to the bot in that community. Some answers are produced from templates without an AI model; others are generated by an AI language model.
Ask Coral is informational and its answers are automated. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and they are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice or a recommendation to transact in any digital asset. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.
Ask Coral cannot take actions. It can answer questions, but it cannot and will not execute trades, move funds, change Coral's or any community's configuration, send messages on your behalf, or take any other action based on what you type. Nothing you say to Ask Coral instructs Coral to do anything beyond producing a reply.
To produce an answer, Coral may send your question and related context to a third-party AI inference provider. Ask Coral is subject to rate limits, daily caps, the funding requirements in Section 9, content filtering, and availability, and we may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other secrets or sensitive personal information to Ask Coral or in any message the bot can see.
5. Installing Coral in your community
An authorized administrator can install a Coral community bot into a Discord server or Telegram group. If you install, approve, or administer the bot in a community, you represent that you have authority to do so, to accept these Terms on that community's behalf, and to enable the bot under the rules of the relevant platform.
You are responsible for your community's own obligations. This includes telling your members that Coral processes messages the bot can see, as described in the Privacy Policy, choosing which features to enable, and complying with the platform's terms. Do not install the bot in a community you are not authorized to administer.
A new install becomes active automatically. We may review, decline, pause, rate-limit, or remove any install at our discretion. Each install is operated as an isolated tenant, and Coral does not expose one community's private chat data, raw messages, member identities, or per-community activity to another community. Coral may, however, compute aggregate, identity-stripped reputation statistics (such as a caller's overall track record or smart-money status across the communities Coral observes) and surface those aggregate figures inside a community. Such figures are statistics and badges only; they do not reveal another community's name, messages, membership, or which communities a person participates in.
An administrator can control which features are enabled, including Ask Coral, message archiving, and community intelligence, can mute channels, and can remove the bot at any time. We may apply per-community usage limits and budgets.
6. Wallet linking
The Service may let you link EVM or Solana wallets to a Discord, Telegram, or site identity by signing a message. A signature proves control of an address at that moment; it is not a transfer, approval, delegation, or custody arrangement. Coral will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Review the message before signing and do not sign if it differs from the wallet-link flow you requested.
Wallet-linked features, including /whoami, /myalpha, leaderboards, holder counts, token rewards, or future gated access, may use public onchain data for linked addresses. You are responsible for understanding what a wallet link reveals about you.
7. Public API and attribution
The Coral v1 API is a public-preview, read-access API for dashboard, treasury, wallet snapshot, historical performance, market activity, and similar public data. The available endpoints, rate limits, fields, cache behavior, and schemas may change.
If you display Coral API data in another app, agent, bot, dashboard, report, or research tool, you must include visible attribution to Coral and link to 0xcoral.com. You may not imply that Coral endorses your product or your interpretation of the data.
8. $0xCoral token
$0xCoral is a digital asset on Base at contract 0x4e606Cb7370A61060Ad9916462871750D77e2b07. Holding $0xCoral may be used for access, discounts, a free daily allowance of Ask Coral answers, community features, or other utility that Coral may add, remove, or change.
$0xCoral is not equity, debt, a profit-share interest, a governance promise, a claim on assets, or a promise that any feature will remain available. We make no representation about price, liquidity, exchange support, taxes, regulatory treatment, or market behavior.
Coral does not offer or sell $0xCoral as an investment, security, or yield product, and nothing on the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold it. You should not acquire $0xCoral expecting profit from the efforts of Coral or anyone else. Digital assets may be regulated or restricted where you live; you are responsible for determining whether holding or using $0xCoral is lawful for you and for any resulting tax.
9. Credits and paid AI features
Some Ask Coral answers require an AI model and are funded. A request that needs a model is answered only when the asker has either a free allowance tied to holding $0xCoral or a sufficient balance of prepaid credits. Requests that do not need a model, including templated answers, remain free.
Credits are a prepaid unit used solely to fund AI answers. Credits are not money, currency, a deposit, a security, or a claim on Coral or its assets, and holding credits grants no trading, administrative, governance, ownership, or other capability beyond paying for AI answers. Where we offer them, credits may be bought by paying onchain in $0xCoral, ETH on Base, or BANKR, and are added to your balance only after the payment settles onchain.
Onchain payments are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, and network to the correct address. Buying credits is a one-way deposit: credits fund AI answers and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into $0xCoral, ETH, BANKR, or any other asset. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may be forfeited if you violate these Terms. We may, at our sole discretion, make a one-time exception to correct an honest mistake, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate payment, or to issue a refund where we judge one warranted, but we are not obligated to do so except where a refund is required by law.
We may set, change, or discontinue credit pricing, free allowances, holder quotas, accepted payment methods, per-request costs, and usage caps at any time. A free allowance tied to holding $0xCoral is discretionary and depends on your holdings, applicable limits, and abuse checks. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase or use of credits.
You represent that any assets you use to buy credits are lawfully yours and are not derived from unlawful activity, and that your payment will not violate sanctions or anti-money-laundering law. We may screen, delay, decline, or reverse a credit grant, and suspend related access, where we reasonably believe a payment is fraudulent, unauthorized, mistaken, sanctioned, or otherwise unlawful. If a payment is reversed, disputed, or found invalid, we may cancel or offset the related credits.
10. Rewards, giveaways, and access features
Coral may offer token rewards, NFT giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, leaderboards, gated features, discounts, or other community programs. These programs are discretionary, may require a linked wallet, may be subject to posted rules, and may be changed, paused, cancelled, or ended at any time.
Rewards have no guaranteed cash value unless expressly stated. Availability may depend on location, platform rules, wallet support, onchain conditions, abuse checks, and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal restrictions that apply to rewards you receive.
Where required by applicable law, no purchase, payment, or token holding is necessary to enter a sweepstakes or giveaway, and alternate methods of entry will be made available on request. These programs are void where prohibited by law.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including blockchains, wallet software, exchanges, swap and bridge aggregators, Discord, Telegram, X, Farcaster, Moltbook, Net Protocol, market-data providers, AI providers, analytics, error reporting, and cloud infrastructure.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, routing, moderation decisions, data practices, transaction execution, or errors.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- use the Service in violation of law or these Terms;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, scrape, or attack the Service;
- try to access private, admin, internal, or cross-tenant data without permission;
- submit prompts or inputs designed to bypass safety, quota, or security controls;
- circumvent or abuse rate limits, funding gates, credit metering, holder quotas, or per-community budgets, or attempt to obtain AI answers without paying or qualifying for them;
- install, approve, or operate a Coral bot in a community you are not authorized to administer;
- use the Service to harass, defame, impersonate, spam, or harm any person;
- use the Service to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, wash trading, or other unlawful financial activity;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code, model weights, secrets, or trade secrets from the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service itself without written permission.
13. Your content and public submissions
If you submit messages, commands, feedback, votes, wallet-link requests, content entries, or other material to the Service, you represent that you have the rights needed to do so. You grant Coral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and create analytical outputs from that material to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Some interactions happen in public or semi-public communities. Do not submit anything you would not want processed by the platform, the chat, Coral, or the providers needed to run the Service.
You are responsible for the content you submit and, if you administer a community, for the content in that community. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, screen, or moderate content, and we may remove content or limit access at our discretion. Coral is not responsible for content created by users, communities, or third parties. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without restriction or any obligation to you.
14. Coral intellectual property
The Coral name, logos, site, bot presentation, code, scoring methods, model prompts, visual templates, charts, and other Service materials are owned by Coral or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended.
Outputs produced for your queries may be used for personal, internal business, research, or editorial purposes if you keep required attribution and do not misrepresent the output as advice, guaranteed fact, or an official Coral endorsement.
15. Trading, data, and AI risk
Crypto markets are volatile. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, RPCs, exchanges, aggregators, and chains can fail or be exploited. AI-generated and automated outputs can be incomplete, stale, biased, or wrong. Market-data providers can disagree or go down. You may lose all value you spend, receive, or allocate to digital assets, and leveraged or derivative products can create losses greater than the amount initially committed.
Coral may trade its own wallets and may publish reasoning, positions, charts, scores, or performance data. Past performance, public transparency, or a high Coral Score does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and losses.
You use the Service at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your decisions. You should not rely on any Coral output, score, reasoning, or Ask Coral answer as the basis for a transaction, and you should independently verify anything material to you. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices, and platform accounts, and for every transaction you authorize. Coral never holds them and cannot reverse, recover, or cancel an onchain transaction for you.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR COURSE OF DEALING.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, current, or compatible with any wallet, chain, platform, exchange, or third-party service.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORAL, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, TRADING LOSSES, OR DIGITAL-ASSET LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CORAL FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coral, its operators, contributors, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your installation or administration of a Coral bot in a community, your payments or credits, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of a third party's rights, or a dispute between you and another user or community.
19. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to refuse, deny, or withdraw the Service to or from any person or organization, and to decline or revoke any install, wallet link, credit purchase, or request, at any time, for any reason or no reason, and without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any part of the Service at any time, including bots, API access, wallet-linked features, or community features. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from chats, unlinking wallets where supported, and ceasing use of the site and API.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute terms.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after the events giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
22. Miscellaneous
a. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any rules or guidelines posted for a specific feature or program, are the entire agreement between you and Coral regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, statements, or representations, including statements made by community members, moderators, or third parties.
b. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
c. No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision, and a waiver of any provision on one occasion is not a waiver on any other occasion.
d. Force majeure
Coral is not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform that results from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruption, internet, telecommunications, cloud, or hosting outages, blockchain forks, congestion, reorganizations, or chain halts, smart-contract or oracle failures, RPC or indexer failures, exchange, bridge, or aggregator failures, third-party platform outages or rule changes, regulator or law-enforcement action, or sanctions, embargoes, or other governmental measures.
e. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Coral may assign these Terms in whole or in part at any time without notice. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
f. Notice
Legal notices to Coral must be sent to [email protected]. We may give you notice through the Service, by posting on the website, or through any contact information you have provided. Notice is effective when sent.
g. Relationship of the parties
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between you and Coral. Neither party has authority to bind the other.
h. Copyright complaints
If you believe content available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to [email protected]. We may terminate access for users who are subject to repeated infringement claims.
i. Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
j. Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications, notices, and disclosures from Coral electronically, including through the Service, the website, the community bots, or contact information you provide, and you agree that electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
23. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. You can also reach the operator on X at @r_alx_z or through Discord.
