Using Coral

Ask Coral

Ask Coral open questions about a token or the chat. Quick answers are free; deeper, open-ended reads run on a model and are funded by holding $0xCoral or topping up credits.

How to ask

There are two ways to ask Coral a question in chat:

  • @-mention the bot.Start your message with the bot's @handle, e.g. "@coral what's trending here?"
  • Use /ask followed by your question.

Coral answers questions about tokens, onchain data, and the public chat activity in your server. It will not discuss trading positions, strategy, or anything off-topic.

Free vs deep answers

Free, instantly

Trending tokens, a caller's tier and hit rate, and "what does this term mean" definitions are answered straight away, no cost.

Deep takes (funded)

Open-ended reads (why a token moved, the vibe of the room) run on a model. Those are funded (see below).

Funding deep answers

Two ways to unlock the model-backed answers:

  • Hold $0xCoral. Link a wallet with /setwallet, then any $0xCoral you hold gives you a daily allowance of free answers. No top-up needed.
  • Top up credits. Run /add-credits for a top-up link, then deposit on Base from the page. Credits land automatically once the deposit confirms. Tap /setwallet first so the deposit links to you.

Quick answers are always free.

The free trending, caller, and glossary answers never touch the model and never cost anything. Funding only applies to the open-ended "deep take" path.

Link a wallet with /setwallet

Linking also sharpens your caller stats and unlocks real-PnL on the leaderboard. See Commands for the full wallet flow.
